Thug Club accepts returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and archive pieces are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Thug Club hardware, tags, and authenticity cards are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of approval.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
